Super Magnesium 375 mg has a unique formula through the special transport system, Portamins, for optimal absorption of the mineral in the gastrointestinal tract.
The transport system consists of readily soluble and readily absorbable mineral compounds such as glycinate chelates, amino acid chelates, citrate, gluconate, ascorbate, malate and succinate.

Magnesium contributes to maintaining normal bone structure, muscle function and energy metabolism. Magnesium also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.

Super Magnesium 375mg in tablet form also contains turmeric extract with active curcumin. Vitamin B6 acts as a synergist to magnesium, which means it increases the absorption of magnesium in the body. Black pepper extract also contributes to increased absorption and bioavailability.
